At China Spring, the Lady Roos scored twice in the final 11:52 to salvage a tie against the Lady Cougars. Megan Sullivan started the Killeen comeback, punching one in after a couple of nifty passes from McKenzie Jones and Kaitlyn McVeigh. The Lady Roos (0-3-4) got the equalizer with 5:12 remaining from Angelina Arreaga, a defender who was moved to midfielder.

The Lady Roos host Temple on Tuesday in their District 8-5A opener.
