ROSEBUD — Rebecca Horton had 14 kills while Shali Simpson added 12 assists to help the Florence (6-15, 3-7 District 22-2A) break a six-match losing streak by defeating Rosebud-Lott 25-14, 25-18, 25-16 on Tuesday.

Brooklynne Owens had a team-high eight aces while Jenny Roche came up with seven digs.

Florence looks to win its second consecutive game when it hosts Little River-Academy at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
