At Lampasas, Alyssa Maldonado went 2 for 3 with two RBIs at the plate and pitched a complete-game victory with three strikeouts for the Lady Badgers. Burnet claimed an early one-run lead in the top of the first inning, but Lampasas responded with a pair of unanswered runs in the third and fourth innings to claim a 4-1 advantage. The teams each scored four runs in the fifth inning before the Lady Badgers posted the game’s final run in the bottom of the sixth inning. Lampasas finishes the season with an 8-19 record after going 2-8 in District 8-3A.
