The Harker Heights Knights warm up in preparation for their season opener Friday night in Round Rock against the Dragons of Round Rock High.

Coming off a 1-9 season in 2018, Harker Heights came in to Friday night's game in Round Rock looking to score a big road win. In the end, their efforts fell short, but their coach Jerry Edwards likes where the team is at.

"I feel good about where our team is," Edwards said after Heights' 42-34 loss to the Round Rock High Dragons.
