The Harker Heights Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, 850 W. Central Texas Expressway.

Salado Market Days are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the first Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the first Sunday of each month at the civic center.

Arts & Theater

The first art exhibit of the semester is on display in the upstairs art gallery of the campus library at Central Texas College in Killeen. “Sky Boats” features the paintings of local artist Hugo Shi and will be open through Oct. 3.

Dancing

Join In the Mood for dancing at 13 S. Main St., Temple. Tonight is a Ballroom Dance from 8 to 11 p.m. Tickets: $5 a person. Come at 7 p.m. for a dance lesson, pay $8 and stay for the dance for free.
