The Friends of the Killeen Public Library plan a book fair May 11 at Barnes & Noble in Market Heights, 201 E. Central Texas Expressway. The Friends get a portion of all proceeds from sales made with its name mentioned at checkout. Planetarium

The Mayborn Planetarium and Space Theater at Central Texas College is now showing an exhibit featuring tiles from space shuttles. The display is in the planetarium’s Exhibit Room primarily during regular show schedules but is also available upon request.
