HARKER HEIGHTS — Blake Rodgers, a tween pop sensation, will open for Mindless Behavior, an American boy band best known for the singles “My Girl” and “Mrs. Right” tonight at the E Center.

The tour is part of the Campaign 4 Education, a broad-based coalition of national and community-based organizations, international nongovernment organizations, teacher unions, faith-based groups and think tanks dedicated to ensuring universal quality education for all children.

Blake will perform those songs at the E Center concert along with “Beautiful” — an anti-bully tune.

“I was bullied in school and it didn’t feel good. This song helped me cope and I hope it helps others as well,” she said.

Students from Richard Milburn Academy in Killeen will perform two skits during the show — one addresses the dangers of bullying and the other targets the prevention of domestic violence.

The students rehearsed the skits on Thursday.
