The Central Texas College Fine Arts Department unveils a new art exhibit Monday in the upstairs art gallery of the campus library. “Introspection” is a collection of airbrush paintings on canvas by local artist Rhea Brown. The Four Winds Intertribal Society’s 20th annual Inter-tribal Powwow is Sept. 15-16 with gourd dancing and grand entries at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center, 3601 S. W.S. Young Drive, Killeen.
