In 1994 I had high cholesterol I took a drug to lower it for about a year. During that year I totally changed my diet. I stopped eating junk/fried foods, I eat brown rice, bake potatoes, steamed vegetables, boneless skinless chicken breasts, skim milk etc. I lowered my cholesterol through diet and no longer take the drug. So people check with your doctor but you can control your cholesterol with diet and don’t need the drugs.
