Bible Way Missionary Baptist Church will hold its annual New Year’s Eve Watch Night Service from 8:30 to 10 p.m. today.
The public is invited to attend.

Heights church plans watch night event
First Baptist Church of Harker Heights will have a New Year’s Eve watch night from 7 p.m. to midnight tonight.
The church will have games, snacks, singing, testimonies, etc.

Killeen church to host watch night service
Praise and Deliverance House of Prayer will host a watch night service starting at 10 p.m. today.
Several churches throughout the surrounding areas will be attending to listen to special music provided by the Central Texas Fellowship of Churches Alliance Mass Choir.
The service is open to the public. The church is at 315 Gray St., Killeen.

Ministers’ monthly prayer luncheon set for Tuesday
The Killeen Christian Ministers Fellowship monthly prayer luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at East Side Baptist Church, 500 N. W.S. Young Drive in Killeen.
All pastors, ministers and chaplains in the Killeen area are invited. Senior pastors who are unable to attend can send a representative.
A complimentary lunch will be provided.
The Killeen Christian Ministers Fellowship is an informal group whose goal is to strengthen relationships among the spiritual leaders of the community. There are no dues, and membership is open to all pastors, ministers and chaplains in the local area. The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month for fellowship and prayer.

Adult Bible study class registering members
The Temple-Belton Community Bible Study adult evening class is registering members for the fall/spring 30-week interdenominational Bible study of Isaiah.
The class meets Mondays from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the small sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Belton, at Sixth and Main streets, Belton.
An introductory class will be held for anyone interested in learning more about Community Bible Study. Individuals may choose to participate in core groups for men, women or married couples.
Each week participants receive a reading commentary on the previous week’s topic and a set of questions to work on each day covering the next week’s reading.
These questions are discussed in small groups of about 15. Following the small groups there is a short teaching over the same section of Scripture.

Second Street Baptist Church in Killeen offers a free breakfast to the public every second Saturday of the month at the Moss Rose Community Center, 1103 E. Avenue E, Killeen.

Killeen Healing Rooms schedule training day
The Killeen Healing Rooms will host a one-day Heal The Sick training day on Jan. 21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the KPLE-TV building at 502 E. Elms Road (suite C) in Killeen.
Participants will study what the New Testament teaches about healing through the life and teachings of Jesus.

Cove church to host MLK tribute Jan. 16
The Copperas Cove MLK Commermoration Comittee will sponsor its 19th annual MLK Observance and Unity Walk on Jan. 16. The walk starts at 1 p.m. at the Step Child Care Center, 1402 S. Farm-to-Market 116, Copperas Cove.
After the walk, an observance will take place at Bible Way Missionary Baptist Church, 2306 FM 116, Copperas Cove.
