New Sunset plans Easter egg hunt today

An Easter egg-stravaganza is from 2 to 5 p.m. today at New Sunset Community Church.

Hot dogs, refreshments, bounce houses, a puppet show and an Easter egg hunt for ages 2 to 12 are planned.

This event is free and open to the public.

The church is at 814 W. Avenue C, Killeen. Call 254-634-5055.

Heights UMC to host Easter celebration

The annual Easter celebration and egg hunt at Harker Heights United Methodist Church is from 3 to 5 p.m. today at 208 E. Cardinal Lane.

Activities include bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, a magic show, a coloring contest, music and food.

Egg hunt age groups are 12 and younger and adaptive.
