The Garden of Gethsemane Church of God in Christ will be sponsoring a bazaar today at the church.
The event, which begins at 9 a.m., is sponsored by the Womens Deptartment of the church.

Killeen church hosting bazaar today
Agape Church of God in Christ is having a bazaar today that will benefit community help organizations.
Proceeds from the benefit will to go toward Mission Soup Kitchen and the Rancier Communities in Schools program.

Killeen church plans vacation Bible school
Skyline Baptist Church at 906 Trimmier Road in Killeen would like to invite all children ages 4 years old through completed sixth grade to attend “Submerged” vacation Bible school beginning Monday through Friday, July 22, from 9 a.m. to noon.
There school will feature fun, music, fellowship and snacks.

Killeen church invites public to concert
Area residents are invited to St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church on July 23 for a concert presented by the HOPE singers of California Baptist University’s Cillingsworth School of Music.
The 6 p.m. performance is part of a 14-state tour by this group of eight superb young vocalists.
The concert is free, and coordinated by the Central Texas Master Singers. All are invited to attend.

Florence church to host gospel concert July 24
The Steel Magnolias from San Marcos will be presenting a fully choreographed Southern gospel concert at 6 p.m. July 24 at the First Baptist Church, Florence.

Killeen Healing Rooms open July 26
The Killeen Healing Rooms will be open on July 26, from 6:45 to 8 p.m., in the KPLE-TV building at 502 E. Elms Road in Killeen.
The group’s commission is based on Mark 16:17-18, “And these signs shall follow those that believe...they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
Prayer teams will be available to seek healing in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Bible study adult group registering members
The Temple-Belton Community Bible Study adult evening class is currently registering members for a 30-week, in-depth interdenominational Bible study of Isaiah.
Beginning Sept. 12, the class will meet Mondays from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the small sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Belton, at Sixth and Main streets. Individuals may choose to participate in core groups for young adults, men, women, or married couples.
Each week participants receive a reading commentary on the previous week’s topic and a set of questions to work on each day covering the next week’s reading.
These questions are discussed in small groups of about 15. Following the small groups, there is a short teaching over the same section of Scripture.
The class will break for Christmas and spring vacations and finish at the first of May 2017.
