Community Baptist Church to honor pastor
The Community Baptist Church will honor Pastor David Webb for serving 50 years in the ministry on Sunday. Thirty of those years were spent serving Community Baptist Church.
Members of the church will have a luncheon honoring Webb and his wife, Patsy, after the Sunday morning worship service.

PTSD counseling available at KPLE-TV
Licensed ministers, counselors and chaplains will be on hand for individual and group counseling at noon today in the studio at KPLE-TV, 502 E. Elms Road, Killeen.
With other professionals, Sandy and Dean Fulkerson of Houston will present information helpful for transitioning back to civilian life after active duty in the military or dealing with difficult family relationships.
Sandy Fulkerson will sign copies of her book, “Bread Crumbs on Purpose,” from noon to 1 p.m.
The workshop is free to all retired and military families suffering with PTSD.
KPLE-TV currently carries a PTSD series on Wednesday and Thursday at 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays at 2 a.m. on Time Warner Cable, Channel 45, with repeats on www.kpletv.org.
Bibleway COGIC to honor pastor, wife
A Pastor and Wife Appreciation for Superintendent Robert R. Ellis Sr. and Elect Lady Trudy Ellis of Bibleway COGIC is today and Sunday.
The theme is Worthy of Double Honor. 1 Timothy 5:17.
The celebration begins at 4 p.m. today with featured speaker Administrative Assistant Superintendent Geoffrey Stirrup, pastor of Dominion COGIC, San Antonio.
The grand finale is at 4 p.m. Sunday with featured speaker Superintendent Gilbert Gillum Jr., pastor of Living Word COGIC, Waco.

Public invited to All Saints Day services
The public is invited to All Saints Days at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church for both the 7:45 and 10:30 a.m. services Sunday.

Church hosts road trip to watch production
First Baptist Church Killeen is hosting a road trip to see the staged production of Waxahachie’s “Heaven’s Front Porch/Old Fashioned Singing” at 3 p.m. Nov. 2. A bus will leave the church at noon and return by 9 p.m. the same day.
The cost is $20, which includes the ticket price and transportation.

The guest speaker for Friday is Superintendent Robert Ellis, pastor of Bible Way COGIC.
