KILLEEN

Harvest Fest is from 1 to 5 p.m. today at 951 Stagecoach Road.

Enjoy free hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks, candy and more. There will be rock climbing, bounce houses, a petting zoo, pony rides, hay rides, games and prizes and Trunk or Treat.

Requested donation is a can of food to be donated to Jesus Hope and Love.

This event is sponsored by Killeen First Church of the Nazarene, the Maxdale Cowboy Church and Westside Baptist Church.

A fall bazaar, hosted by the Women of Immanuel, is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

The Sweet Shop has home baked items and crafts for gift giving.

Lunch is served from noon to 2 p.m.

A “Texas Cabin” quilt will be given away at 4 p.m.

For tickets, call 254-634-2772. You do not have to be present to win. Tickets are $ 1 each or 6 for $5.

Free, safe trick or treating is from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church.

Location: 3501 E. Elms Road.

A fall festival is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Faith Point.

A kiddie train, a sumo wrestling pit, a large bounce house, face painting, games and prizes are part of the festival.

All booths will distribute candy to children 12 and younger.

For a fee: Dunk Killeen Mayor Dan Corbin in the dunking booth; climb the rock wall; or enter Doggie Costume Contest,

Food booths will be available.

The Killeen Food Care Center and American Fight Company will each have a booth.

A Trunk or Treat Fall Festival is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Trimmier.

There will be food, games, activities and more. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.

Donations of nonperishable food items benefittng the Killeen Food Pantry would be appreciated.

A trunk or treat celebration is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church Killeen.

There is no charge for this event.

Bounce houses, face painting, a photo booth and many other activities will be available.

Location: 3310 S. W.S. Young Drive, Killeen.

The seventh annual trunk or treat at Grace Lutheran Church and School of Killeen is from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the church parking lot.

Participants will collect candy from the trunks of cars in the parking lot. Join us for games, prizes, food, and fun.

A Children’s Night Out is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at St. Luke United Methodist Church.

COPPERAS COVE

A trick-or-treat event for families is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church.

Bounce houses, games and candy available.

Location: 300 W. Avenue B.

HARKER HEIGHTS

A fall festival is from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Baptist Church.

Admission is one can or box of nonperishable goods to be donated to the Harker Heights Food Care Center.

There will be a bounce house and slide, games, booths and a cake walk, as well as free hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones.

There will be a chili cook-off sponsored by Sunday school classes.

Children are invited to wear funny and friendly costumes.

Trunk or treat is from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at New Beginnings Church.

Lots of candy, popcorn, pizza, snow cones, games, food and giveaways.

PIDCOKE

A children‘s fall festival at Pidcoke Baptist Church is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The Pidcoke Youth and Leaders are hosting this event, which includes games, candy and food. All are invited. Refreshments for adults will be available.

Location: Farm-to-Market 116 between Copperas Cove and Gatesville.

TEMPLE

The Foundation United Methodist Church invites children to a fall festival from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Children and their families will play more than a dozen carnival games, decorate cookies to take home, do crafts, enjoy face painting, balloon animals. Admission and refreshments, including Frito pie, popcorn, coffee, cocoa and cider, are free.
