First Presbyterian Church

First Presbyterian Church-Killeen is having vacation Bible school from 6 to 8 p.m. July 23-25.

Bible school continues from 5 to 8 p.m. July 26 with supper for the parents.

Theme is Heroes from the Bible.

Children participate in worship service singing songs they’ve learned from 10 a.m. to noon July 27.

Registration ends Thursday.

Immanuel Lutheran Church

One-day vacation Bible school, hosted by Immanuel Lutheran Church, is from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 12.

Theme is “Gone Fishing” (becoming fishers of people).

Children ages 3 through fifth grade are invited.

Lunch and snacks served. Fun crafts, music and games are included.

Immanuel is 2 miles north of Copperas Cove on Farm-to-Market 116 and then two miles west at 922 Lutheran Church Road.

Killeen Bible Church

Killeen Bible Church vacation Bible school is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. July 14-18.

Children ages 5 through sixth grade (completed) are invited. There is no charge to attend.

Storytellers will be in costume. Snacks are available and activities have a “space” theme.

Grace Lutheran Church

Grace Lutheran Church in Killeen invites children to Gangway to Galilee vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon July 14-18.

Children age 3 (must have turned 3 by Sept. 1, 2013) through fifth grade are welcome to attend.

Seashore Storytelling, Big Catch Bible Challenge, games, snacks, crafts, songs and more.

St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church

St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Killeen invites children to vacation Bible school from 6 to 8 p.m. July 21-25.

This event is for children who will be in kindergarten through the sixth grade this fall.

To register, pick up a form at the church, 2800 Trimmier Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
