The Central Texas College Patio Café Cuisine Nights offers a taste of Spain on Friday. Dinner will be served from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the culinary area of the Student Center (building 106).
Start the meal with a choice of appetizers: gazpacho ($10.50 or add a cup to a meal for $2) or Jay clams a la Raul — steamed clams served in a creamy white sauce made with pearl onions, milk, salt and pepper with a dash of cognac and fresh dill ($5.25). The featured salad is roasted red peppers with chorizo, manchego and almonds ($9.50). Or choose the house salad ($3.75 or free with an entrée).
