Veteran suicide awareness group’s burden for Carry The Fallen hike

Six residents braved subfreezing temperatures for three hours at a Killeen park Saturday morning to take part in an event dedicated to reducing veteran suicides.

'Nutcracker' ballet coming to Killeen, Temple

In the main rehearsal room at Texas Metropolitan Ballet school in Killeen, toy soldiers marched in formation as ballerinas swirled in blue and pink dresses and danced with mice in red tunics. It was one of the final rehearsals before the school’s premiere of the holiday classic, “The Nutcracker.”

Judge blocks Texas cutting Medicaid to Planned Parenthood
