Man arrested in connection with Lampasas arson

Killeen police arrested a man Tuesday suspected of arson.

 

According to a news release from the Lampasas Police Department, Fythain “Junior” Phillips was arrested in Killeen after the Lampasas Police Department issued an arson warrant suspecting him of starting a fire that damaged the Lucky Ranch Grill in downtown Lampasas on Nov. 18.

 

As of 6:30 this morning, Phillips was awaiting arraignment.
