Since 2001, Fort Hood Family Housing has been responsible for the planning, design, building, and management of the master-planned community on Fort Hood, one of the largest military installations in the world. Awarded the first RCI project by the Department of the Army, Lend Lease (US) Public Partnerships manages all aspects of the development, financing, construction, and property management of the project. Today, Fort Hood Family Housing is home to more than 5,500 families stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.
