So as a massage therapist (7 yrs) myself working in a spa in another town, I have to say they have the worst customer service ever. I had purchased gift certificate of of the radio website at a discount price. I used one and my husband was
to use the other. Well he never had time so I schedule to use it the day it expired. I arrived 15 mins early and was kingly greeted by the other techs that told me the massage therapist should be there soon. I then proceeded to sit there an hour while the other techs. tried to get a hold of the therapist or a manager since they did not have the power to tell me that they would honor the gift certificate. I ended up leaving with out an answer and them writing down to call me asap. This happened on a Friday. I called sat and Mon before I finally got a call back wed. The receptionist wanted to schedule me that Thurs or Fri but I was going out of town so we settled for the next Tues. Well Monday I was sick which does not allow massage to be preformed. I called and cancelled before the 24 hrs allowed. I then called them a week later Tues to reschedule. I received a call back wed telling me since she already tried to schedule me three times she would not honor it. She only rescheduled me once and did not seem tom care that I sat there for over an hour without her therapist calling in. Her excuse was that her mom was sick and that is fine but I don't know too many jobs that it is okay not to call in unless you are personally in an accident and it renders you incapable. I just think this spa does not have any customer service capabilities what so ever. Who doesn't have someone answering the phone daily or at least returning messages daily? once again I have worked in a spa and know how it works. [sad][sad]
