Medics earn Army's toughest badge

Capt. Donald Pittcock, the head nurse at the Russell Collier Health Clinic on West Fort Hood, inventories the contents of his rucksack after completing the final leg of the Fort Hood Expert Field Medical Badge test, a 12-mile ruck march May 20. Pittcock was one of 17 medical personnel to earn their EFMB at Fort Hood.
