Public money not being able to be accounted for by the public is nothing new in Killeen. Let's just look at what people are involved with AUSA:

The same folks who were involved in magical monster pay raises, and questionable AUSA Soldier dinners ... thousands of dollars of missing liquor .... This story sounds like "same issue, different day.

I wonder why this story was not investigated further. I would have to ask ALL the victims what they received, and point out stronger in the same story, that according to the law, AUSA as a non-profit organization is REQUIRED to disclose exactly what funds have been taken in and how they have been dispersed.

But then, the law does not matter all that much nowadays... apparently.
