Change of responsibility ceremony held

A new top enlisted soldier took over duties at the Fort Hood-based Operational Test Command on Thursday.

During a formal ceremony, outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Antoine Overstreet handed  a saber to Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Graham, the new top enlisted soldier in OTC. The unit conducts testing on new Army equipment before it goes to soldiers Armywide. Read the full story in Wednesday’s Fort Hood Herald.
