Spc. Devon Michael Wulff

FORT HOOD — Fort Hood officials on Monday released the name of a soldier who was found unresponsive in his Fort Hood residence Feb. 28.

The soldier was transported to Scott & White Medical Center in Temple and died March 3.

Spc. Devon Michael Wulff, 23, whose home of record is listed as Hicksville, Ohio, entered active-duty military service in August 2015 as an infantryman and was assigned to 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division since February 2016.

Wulff deployed in support of a Republic of Korea rotation from February to October 2016. His awards and decorations include a National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon and Army Service Ribbon.
