Four Fort Hood soldiers arrested on Feb. 1 as part of a Bell County prostitution sting may face Army justice for their crimes.

Spc. Andrew Kuhn and Spc. Richard Swanson, both of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Spc. Ralph Phelan of the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade and Spc. Tyler Willison of 3rd Cavalry Regiment were apprehended as part of an operation in which law enforcement caught 30 men.

"Fort Hood maintains authority to prosecute soldiers once the command is presented with evidence of misconduct under the Uniform Code of Military Justice," Fort Hood officials said. "In this case, the command will consider all evidence presented by local authorities when determining whether action is appropriate."
