When you commit a crime as heinous as he did...you loose all your rights.
There is no doubt...he is responsible for killing AMERICANS on AMERICAN soil.
Yet it is still classified as...workplace violence.

"Hasan told the judge that U.S. troops deploying from the Army post posed an immediate threat to Taliban leaders in Afghanistan."
Stop the delays for this trial!

It is time for our AMERICAN leaders to have a backbone instead of a wishbone.
Put their big boy/girl pants on and make a stand...that TERRORISM will not be tolerated in AMERICA! If our leaders do not protect the AMERICAN people and AMERICA from terrorist...why should any other country care for us.

In my opinion...anyone assisting this TERRORIST is a poor excuse for a human.
This TERRORIST has had three plus years of life longer than the AMERICANS he killed were allowed to have.

I agree...the security guard should have shot to kill.

If everyone remembers, he still has two lawyers "helping him". There were three but one is gone. The two left are not being "paid", so they say anyway. This is another ploy those lawyers most likely came up with because they know it would cause another delay. The longer this trial gets delayed, the victims who survived may not remember important details or they could die before trial actually starts. Then what happens....case dismissed! This case makes me really angry. He has too many rights. He is still receiving his active duty pay and gets three square meals a day. He attacks our american soldiers and civilians and here we are taking care of him!! What a slap in the face! He is just loving it! He should have been killed on the spot and I am angry with the police who shot him because they didnt do it right!! In that situation, you shoot to kill, not wound!!!!

Thank goodness I can't be arrested for what I'm thinking about this mess. And my opinion of that doctor? I can't put it in print.
