Since Hasan's trial is supposedly to begin today,09.06.2013 , Nearly 4 years after the fact, (if some other excuse by Hasan to delay is not voiced and approved )

An area radio talk show, has been playing some of the remarks, made by those who came in from Washington on 11.10.2009, to make an appearance during a Memorial Service for the ones who Hasan left for dead.

One of those attending, was the president of the United States. The radio host this morning played the speech that Obama made during his minutes on the podium.
During his words, Obama made a very interesting remark (listed below) considering the killings of the dead caused by Hasan .

---This is a time of war,
They did not die on a battlefield, But here on American Soil.---

If on Nov.10th,2009 Obama, the president, considered the killings as an act of a 'time of war'. How can he and the ones under his command in Washington now say, it was an act of 'workplace' violence.? And deny all the victims involved, their rightful benefits after being killed or wounded ? It doesn't make good sense.

The U.S. Had Been invaded, no matter how small in number, the invaders, on 9-11, by members of an enemy force/army on our own soil.

What Hasan was, I believe, was a sleeper type agent/ gorilla type fighter, just waiting his time of need by that enemy force, if they requested his assistance..
He was given easy access to his victims when his time to eliminate them came, by being 'one of them'. I would think he had a special dislike for those military members at Ft Hood ,since many of the fighters in the middle east came from that post.

So Obama was right, we are at war inside the U.S. and have been since the invasion and killings of the original people on 9-11.
And since the president saw on that day 11.10.2009 and put into words 'We are at War, he above anyone should insist that those people who were involved are compensated in every means they are illegally entitled.
