Farek is determined to find families that will donate to this project? How about wealthy pals that constantly stick their nose in city business? They've made enough money off the military selling homes. Include families that own pawn shops, car dealerships etc. to give and it's a formula for success. $250K should be chump change to some of the families that have been feeding off the military for so many decades.
