Black Hawk

An Army Black Hawk, similar to this one seen at Belton Lake during a training exercise on Aug. 14, 2013, crashed Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, in the northeast portion on the Fort Hood Range. Four crew members on board were killed.

FORT HOOD — An Army Black Hawk helicopter with four crew members on board crashed Monday evening, killing the four soldiers, officials said.

The crash happened sometime after 5:49 p.m. in the northeast portion on the Fort Hood Range.

Lord, bless and comfort these families as only You can! We don't know why such things happen, but I do know that all is in Your control. May Your peace and Your presence go with them!
