Changes come with the territory for pregnant soldiers — changes in their bodies, their families, their lifestyles. But one thing remains consistent — mission first.

To help keep new and expecting mothers fit so they can pass a physical fitness test within six months of giving birth, the Army offers a special physical training program, known as P3T, Pregnancy Postpartum Physical Training.
