E. Shane Hernandez, the director of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, announced Friday that veteran Juan Eloy Cosio was not expected to have anyone attend his funeral at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. Cosio served in the Navy from July 18, 1975 to May 18, 1978. Branford-Dawson Funeral Home in Temple has coordinated with the Navy Casualty Office to ensure Cosio will receive military honors.
