10 cases of West Nile virus in Bell County

With the majority of the country’s 1,118 confirmed cases of West Nile virus reported in Texas, it’s no surprise that local numbers are climbing.

Bell County Public Health District officials confirmed 10 cases as of Thursday, up from two reported earlier in the month.
