Peer Support has expanded into a special nonprofit program called Operation Family Caregiver.

Volunteers have successfully completed the Rosalynn Carter Caregiver Institute Training and are certified to help.

Operation Family Caregiver, a free and confidential program, is available locally for the caregivers of veterans, active-duty personnel, guardsmen and reservists who have served in the Global War on Terror.

Eligibility includes post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury or another physical disability. For more information, call Casey Craig at 254-258-226-5382, Colleen McGrath at 254-423-7632 or Maureen Jouett at 254-681-9112.
