In anticipation of the holiday season, Central Texas College’s Continuing Education program is offering a chance to have Fun with Chocolate from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The session will be led by Chef Melinda Hodge.
Those who attend the class will explore the basics of working with chocolate. Students will be taught how to make elegant chocolate roses, a delicious chocolate drink and dipped truffles. All the treats made during the class can be taken home.
The cost of the class is $55.
