City recycling main topic of senior center program

Peter DiLillo, recycling manager for the City of Killeen, will discuss the city’s recycling program at the Lions Club Park Senior Center at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

DiLillo also will speak on curbside recycling and proper disposal of cooking oil and other questionable liquids.

The public is invited.

After the program, the covered dish luncheon and January birthday celebration begins. Bring a dish to serve six people or pay $5 per person.

The senior center is at 1700 E. Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen. For more call 254-501-6399.
