Jean Endicott, 74, a longtime Harker Heights resident and community advocate, died Sunday night at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights.

Endicott “did an awful lot for our chamber,” said Bill Kozlik, president of the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce.

Endicott was involved in several other community organizations, including many that help veterans and others.

Endicott is survived by her husband, Jim Endicott, a well-known attorney and past chairman of the Heights chamber. “They were very active on Fort Hood and with the retired military community,” Kozlik said.
