For those who made a new year’s resolution to get fit, Central Texas College could help keep that resolution.

CTC is offering a variety of physical education classes without having to go through the college admissions process or take exams.

The variety extends to the length of the classes: 16 weeks, eight weeks, or just Fridays or Saturdays.

The classes include spin bike, weight training, yoga and self-defense, plus more.

Classes cost $150 for the semester.

More information is available by calling CTC’s continuing education office: 254-526-1586.
