Central Texas College will host the “Just for the Health of It” wellness fair from 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 27 at the Continuing Education building, No. 136, on the CTC campus.

The wellness fair will feature a wide variety of class demonstrations including physical fitness, cooking, yoga, animal health and nutrition.

Other classes to be featured as part of the demonstrations are outdoor recreation, reiki, massage, gardening, photography, scrapbooking, water fitness and self-defense.

There will be opportunities to register for classes, meet instructors, have a chair massage and have blood pressure and vital statistics checked.

The wellness fair is free and open to the public.
