Daughters of the Confederacy to meet

Bell County Chapter 101 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy will meet at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Bell County Extension building, 1605 N. Main St., Belton.

Dennis Beal presents “Causes of the Civil War.”

Hostesses will be Wanda Weinblatt and Cathy Akin.

Anyone who believes their ancestor fought for the Confederacy and is interested in the chapter’s organization is invited.
