Feast on Hawaiian cuisine during the Central Texas College Culinary Arts Department’s Patio Café from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday in the CTC Student Center, Building 106.

The meal begins with a choice of salads and appetizers: fried calamari and daikon cakes with salad greens and plum sauce ($12); house salad ($4.50 or free with an entrée); spam rolls, which are spam, avocado, sushi rice and eggs wrapped in nori and served with a soy dipping sauce ($3.50); and seafood soup, a combination of mussels, little neck clams, shrimp and fish simmered in a clam juice and red wine vegetable-base sauce ($4 for a bowl or $2 for a cup with an entrée).

The entrees are kalbi or short ribs ($14.50); kalua pig ($9.70); and Mahi-mahi with warm mango salsa ($15). Each entrée is served with a choice of two side dishes: vegetable tempura with dipping sauce, ginger carrots, long rice and macaroni potato salad.

For dessert, choose haupia squares, creamy coconut square with a nutty crust and topped with roasted coconut ($3.50), or Hawaiian rice pudding ($3.50).
