A Killeen man accused of molesting a teenaged girl was found innocent last week of all charges after a four-day trial in Belton.

Anthony Montoya was charged with three counts of indecency with a child and one count of sexual assault. Montoya’s attorney, J. Berry Stapler, said the case boiled down to a lack of evidence beyond the accusation made by the teenager, who was 15 at the time of the accusation.

A jury found Montoya not guilty Aug. 29.
