Killeen needs volunteers for Make a Difference Day

Nearly 3,000 people registered to take part in community service projects in Killeen and Fort Hood on Oct. 26 for Make a Difference Day, but additional volunteers are needed to complete more than 100 projects. Volunteers may adopt a project or participate in one.

Project proposals will be accepted through Friday.
