People can get low-cost shots for their pets and help at the Oakalla Library during a clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 29 at the library.

Dr. Tarleton from Georgetown will offer pet vaccinations, including rabies shots for $5. There will be discounted flea and heartworm medicine, too. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Oakalla Library.

The library is at 29011 Farm-to-Market 963.
