“Understanding Grief,” presented by Metroplex Adventist Hospital, is a no-cost grief seminar series for families and individuals who experienced the loss of a loved one.

The first series begins Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. and continue each Monday for seven consecutive weeks in the Metroplex Women’s Center Conference Room.

The seminar focuses on individuals who lost adult loved ones. However, bereavement support for the death of an infant or child can be scheduled on an individual basis.
