A Republican Prayer Breakfast is Thursday at the Wildflower Country Club in Temple to mark the National Day of Prayer.

Breakfast is $12 per person and begins at 6:30 a.m. Program starts at 7 a.m.

Pray for America presented by Matt Thrasher, senior pastor of Crossroads Church in Belton. Solos are by Toni Ringgold and Denise Ah Young. Blowing of an Israeli shofar is by Tommy Solak.

Sponsored and hosted by the Central Texas Republican Women, the prayer breakfast is open to the public.
