Harker Heights is celebrating Parks and Recreation Month with a monthlong scavenger hunt open to participants of all ages.

Clues will be released on the city of Harker Heights website every Tuesday and Friday in July. Participants must figure out where the clue is located, take an original photo of the object or the participant acting out the answer that solves the clue, and fill out and submit the submission form located on the city’s website within 72 hours of the clue being posted.

Each submission form submitted with the correct answer will be entered in a drawing to win the grand prize — a loaded picnic basket, picnic blanket and free pavilion rental. The winner will be drawn Aug. 5.
