The Bob Gilmore Senior Center is offering a free fitness and nutrition workshop.
Learn how to exercise safely, establish healthy eating habits, set nutrition and fitness goals, promote a healthy lifestyle, minimize the impact of disease and reduce the cost of medial care.
The 10-week program started June 3 and continues from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Monday and Wednesday.
It is not too late to attend.
Membership is free. Registration is required.
The senior center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 2205 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd., Killeen.
