Tea party to host education meeting

The Central Texas Tea Party, in conjunction with Americans for Prosperity-Texas, will host an education town hall meeting in Belton on Tuesday.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Cathedral Oaks Event Center, 1312 Waco Road, in Belton. Panelists will include Peggy Venable, Texas director of Americans for Prosperity Foundation and a representative for Texas charter schools. Lou Ann Anderson from Watchdog Wire will moderate.

Attendance is free, but seating is limited and reservations are recommended.
