An application to drill or operate one well was submitted by Jack Hillard Dozer Service & Materials LP.

Estimated rate of withdrawal for the well is 1,400 gallons per minute from the Hosston Lower Trinity Aquifer or 23,852,293 gallons of groundwater annually.
