Cora and Hensan Timo’s restaurant adventure started with a craving. It’s grown into 10 years of success and an anticipated opening of a second location.
“I was craving what we call an Hawaiian plate lunch,” Hensan Timo said. “It is two scoops of rice and macaroni and whatever type of meat.”
